Classic Makeup 24 Hours Eyeliner Pencil is a thin pencil which can be drawn in super close to your lashline. They are rich, full, and smudge free. They can be used over, under, or in the inner rim of the eye.
Available in Black.
Start at the outside of the eye and work your line in toward the corner of the eye. Stay as close to the eyelash base as possible.
Line just the outer rims of the upper and lower lashes or take the line all the way in.
Smudge within 30 seconds to achieve a sultry look.
